General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
   The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the terms and conditions governing the sale between the company ELYTISS (hereinafter referred to as "the seller") and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") placing an order on the website "https://elytiss.com".

2. Products
   The products offered for sale by the seller are presented on the website "https://elytisscom/". The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product being sold. Product offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices
   Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping fees. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed and are borne by the customer. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Order
   The customer may place an order on the website "https://elytiss.com" by selecting the products they wish to purchase and adding them to their cart. Before confirming their order, the customer must ensure that the selected products meet their needs. By confirming the order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.

5. Payment
   Payment is made online at the time the order is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and others. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in case of a dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or refusal of payment authorization by a bank card.

6. Delivery
   Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process. Delivery times are indicated on the website "https://elytiss.com". The seller cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from delivery delays. In the event of non-delivery, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund of the amounts paid.

7. Right of Withdrawal
   The customer has a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw via email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty
   The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects as provided by Articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-14 and 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product, the customer may request an exchange.
